He holds an MBA from the Paris School of Business and earned his CFA charter holder designation from the CFA Institute. Tayo leverages his background in finance, valuation, due diligence, and strategy to deliver results for clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital-raising transactions.
Throughout his career, Tayo has advised on deals valued at over $1 billion. His transaction experience includes sell-side advisory mandates for a leading chicken breeder, can manufacturing company, power distribution firm, and telecommunications minority stake sale. He has also advised buy-side acquisitions in the oil and gas industry and provided carve-out advisory services to a major bank.
